Our services are provided on a subscription basis or through custom licensing agreements.

• Resell or redistribute our services without authorization

TraillX Property

All rights, title, and interest in our services, including software, algorithms, models, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of TraillX. This includes:

• Proprietary AI models and training methodologies
• Software code, APIs, and technical documentation
• Trademarks, logos, and brand materials
• User interface designs and user experience elements

User Content

You retain ownership of content you provide to our services. However, you grant TraillX a license to:

• Use your content to provide and improve our services
• Create anonymized datasets for AI model training
• Generate insights and analytics (in aggregated form)

AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI services may be subject to specific licensing terms. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations when using AI-generated content.

Subscription Fees

Our services are provided on a subscription basis with fees as specified in your service plan. You agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees in advance
• Provide valid payment information
• Authorize automatic renewal unless cancelled

Usage-Based Billing

Some services may be billed based on usage metrics such as API calls, data processing volume, or AI model interactions. Overage charges may apply.

Refunds

• Service interruptions or data loss

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold TraillX harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our services in violation of these Terms
• Your content or data provided to our services
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your use of AI-generated content in violation of applicable laws

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or through your account settings.

Termination by TraillX

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
• Fail to pay applicable fees
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to services will cease, and we may delete your data according to our data retention policy.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting updated Terms on our website
• Sending email notifications to registered users
• Providing in-service notifications

Your continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
